However, many use weights while doing these exercises. Moderate Weights help strengthen muscles and bones. Believe it or not, many including Dr. Shyam Das (age 80 plus)  have developed six packs. Both Young and seniors can benefit.

The class teaches breathing synchronous with muscle movement for a fit body. This is based completely on medical science. Hot Breathing makes you a better breather. Better breathing increases metabolism, enhances stamina and longevity. Participants burn 500 to 1000 calories in one hour with benefits to muscle tone, lungs and heart health and many important health matrices. Did you know: to burn 1 pound of fat you need to breathe in about 3 pound of Oxygen (about 1000 liters) and breathe out about 1 pounds of CO2 (over 200 liters of CO2, plus a small amount of water)? Predominantly you lose weight by breathing out CO2. To burn fat you need to breathe in lots of oxygen. Therefore, good breathing is a better fat burner. Better breathing enhances oxygen supply in the blood and simultaneous activation of muscles increases demand of oxygen. This exercise balances supply of oxygen with its expenditure.

Registration and Consent is required before you can participate in Hot Breathing Workout even it is on trial free basis.
